HOW TO GET US STAMP IN ITALY????!!!

I'd like to receive the autograph from Angela Lansbury but unfortunately I live in Italy!
I asked in the post office of my town but they told me that once there were some kind of "global" stamps....but now aren't available anymore.
so...what can I do?????
Can I send money (euros) instead of stamp????
Please...help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only way I can think of is buying US stamps here or on a website like Ebay. Some people here exchange their country's money for US currency. Hope I helped!
