Return postage for out of country

Sorry all, but here's my last question!
I am sending out of country VV, and need to quickly. I included $4 and a note explaining I didn't know how else to include postage. Will that work? I haven't been able to find IRCs and at this point they seem more trouble than they're worth!

If it's passed onto the celeb you're writing to then I'm sure that will be fine {up} :D
