How many stamps?

So you guys probably remember my last post about this like 2 years ago, but this is different. I'm in the process of sending out an autograph request to Ashley Benson, who was on the cover of Seventeen magazine about a year ago. I'm planning on sending the magazine and asking for a photo that she provides so that I can actually put her in my autograph binder. I was just wondering, with the weight (destination is LA from Oregon, but I'm not sure if that's important considering how close together they are compared to other places) of the magazine, plus the return envelope with the photo inside after she signs the photo and the magazine. I was just wondering, how much postage I should put on both of the envelopes, because I know for sure that a first class stamp (I only have two left) for each of the envelopes isn't going to cut it. It might do it without the magazine if I were sending a picture of her, but definitely not with the magazine. I could really use some help. Anyone know how much postage to put on?
Update: the magazine weighs 12 ounces, my dad said that would be around a dollar, which I doubt. Anyone?

If you are sending only the magazine in a large envelope then it is 7 stamps. Thats probably what the SASE is going to be. The main envelope would be 8 stamps (that counts letter,SASE, etc. )

I agree i would think it would be quite a few stamps. I would reccommend getting it weighed at a post office to get the exact postage.

Thanks for all your answers guys. I think I'm just gunna take the easy way out on this one and just send the cover instead as to not waste the stamps (and not to mention money) that I just bought at the post office. Thanks for your help again
