Some Help With E-Mail Requests...

Unread post by OutlawKid »

OK, I have found the official Def Jam website and they have a button that says Contact. When I click this button it says sitesupport @ Def Jam.com

It is the same email address for every artist's page I click on within the Def Jam webpage.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if this would be the place to send an email request.
I would have sent it but it says "site support" and not something more to the effect of fan mail.

Any insight on this would be a great help.
If you want to check out the site, its defjam.com

Hmmmm, that's a little bit odd...

It's worth a try since it's just an email, and at worst you will get an email telling you to send money to an address for an autograph, I think. If it is the same address all over the website then I would think it probably doesn't go to them, I think it probably goes to someone who maintains the site, probably not them.

Hi OutlawKid

You should give the email address a try. Because it's a general address, you should put whomever you want to write to in the subject line and send your request from there.

Good luck!

Thanks, will do. Can't hurt anything. If it works I will post back up with the feedback.
