Ralph Kiner?

Okay...

Back in April I sent a letter, index card and SASE to Hall of Famer Ralph Kiner through the SportsNet New York studios. I have never seen any signs of that since.

A few weeks ago I tried again, sending to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. They forwarded it to his Palm Beach address and today I got a RTS.

Is there any tricks to getting Kiner to sign TTM? Does he charge, and if so how much? I've never seen a success where any fee was posted, and have searched to find a price list but to no avail.
