Good day sir/madam, just like to ask how many IRC to you include in your SASE to be able the mail to return to the Philippines...For instance that i would like to send a fan mail to oklahoma, USA...Thanks any info would be a great help :D

A standard size 1 ounce (20 gram) letter would cost $1.05, so however many IRC's will cover that
Feel free to pm me if you need a postage price for mail involving the USA, or if you need to buy US stamps(foreign cash accepted!)
