Okay I'm new here and you can call me noob because I never send letters in my life! So basically my question is where to write my house address if I want to request an autograph? some of the people write their house address on the upper left side of the envelope and International Reply Coupon is not available in my country,is there any alternative?

You can write it on the top left corner of the envelope you send to the celebrity.
I also write it on the top right corner of my letter that I write to them.
And my address is on the SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) I send with every request.

Some people include a few dollars in cash with their letter to cover postage instead of using an IRC. If you go this route, make sure the cash is not visible through the envelope.
