Hi!
Yes, if you want to be sure that you will got your autograph back, put stamped envelope..
because there is small number of celebs who would pay for postage.
I'm from Bosnia and for USA I need stamp value of 1,05 dollar.
So I put one stamp of 1,05.. or 3 first class stamps, each worth 45 cents.
You may order some stamps from member on this forum ( if you want my recommendation, send me pm),
or on this site https://www.usps.com/

You're welcome! First part of post is correct :)
You need a bigger envelope and on it you stick stamps from your country - Sweden. then put in it a smaller envelope (SASE) with U.S. stamps and write your own address.
also, you can buy IRC's in your post office, it is a substitute for stamps.
..I hope you understand that now.. I felt the same when I started with collecting.
I suggest you visit other threads in this part of the forum, there are a lot of things explained.

Just to make you aware US stamp prices rise in January, and $1.10 will be the minimum price {up}

Oh :?
I have a few of 1.05..
Are they no longer usable or may I for example, add one first class stamp beside it?
