When Via Venues letters don't get to the celebrities

Do the Venues staff throw fanmail to the trash? Or they RTS? Thanks.

I've once sent via venue to selena gomez at a venue that apparently passes on fan mail and i never got it back. so they either threw it out or they didnt pass it along to the celebrity. they definately won't RTS if the address is working.
