First time autograph seeker her

Hi everyone!! First time poster here.

I was just curious how many stamps I use for a standard envelope to send to a celebrity? I'm guessing 3 for each envelope (one for the one that's mailed to them, and 3 for the one that is to be mailed back?)

also, where can I find glossy pictures to send and have signed? Amazon has some and so does Ebay, but are there better sites?

For images I google what I want for large pictures, download to computer, upload to snapfish and have them sent in the mail.
