Photo?? No Photo??

I'm just going to jump right in here.

I'm sending a LOR for an autographed picture to a young actress in Ireland (Ruby O'Leary). She's not very famous, only appearing in a small part on a not-very-popular television show.

I don't have a picture to send, do you think if I sent her just a letter & SASE she'd have a headshot on hand?

Also, I'm hoping my post office will sell UK stamps. Do you think they will? I seriously miss IRCs.

If you look there are a couple threads about photo/no photo just a few down from this one.
Your post office in the US will not sell UK stamps. However there are also a ton of threads about International Postage so you should be able to easily find the answers.
If you are thinking of sending to Ruby at her agents then Dublin is not in the UK, Northern Ireland is part of the UK but Dublin is in the Republic of Ireland which is not part of the UK but a separate country. You will see from the International Postage topics one method is paper cash in the envelope so you could get a 5 EURO note for return postage as ROI has EUROS as the currency.
