Hello everyone!
I hope I'm going about posting this correctly - I've never used this site before!
I would like to request an autograph from an actor in the UK; I've got everything ready to go: photo, SAE, A4 envelope, the whole works.
The problem is, I'm not sure how to obtain any means of postage to allow mailing from the UK. From what I've seen, the IRC's are all but discontinued, and I'm having trouble purchasing stamps from the Royal Mail website.
Does anyone know of another method I could use, or would be willing to sell me a few UK stamps?
