Where can I buy International Reply Coupons in the UK?

hey, i'm from Malaysia and my country post office is no longer selling international reply coupons (a.k.a IRCs) so how can i get them? can i just buy it from e-bay? using another country IRCs like france?

So if you live in The Netherlands and you want to send a request to London.... you have to add pounds in the enveloppe?.

hey guys,

anyone have an answer on that last question? mailing to the UK from another country, do you ave to have UK currency? would hate to send USD and have it be a problem to convert.

There is a thread near the top titled "where to buy US stamps" where lots of people have had similar questions answered much more recently.
