Can anyone give me tips on how to get a better chance of getting a reply?!?! There's one I REALLY want for my sister as a gift...? Please anyone

Yes, always include a picture or another item as if you just send a LOR (letter of request) and your SASE, there is a chance you might get a pre-signed picture but you might also get a PP.
