Problem with stamps - please help (Royal Mail -> photos)

Hello!

If someone could help me I will be gratefull. I live in Poland. I would like to send some autograf requests to London. My friend bought for me in London some stamps. If could someone tell me how much of them I need to put on my SASE it will be great. My sase will be 240 x 160 mm, and 30 gram wieight. Photos below (front and back of what I get from my friend).
