Not from the USA but cant get IRC's

Hello,
I'm new to this site and was looking to get a signed picture from Hugh Dillon, but in the instructions it says that if you do not live in the states you should put a couple of International Reply Coupons in the envelope. However, they no longer sell these in Sweden, where I live. Does anybody know what I can do?
I also don't have a picture of Hugh that I can send with and ask him to sign, so really what I want is a picture AND an autograph on it. Does anybody know if I could just send him a letter, without the IRC's or a picture or anything, and just nicely ask for a signed picture? Im just worried I might seem rude if I do that

Questions on International return postage come up a ton of times, and have been answered just as much.

Please take some time to search and read through some of the topics on this section of the forum, where you will find the answers you need.

USA is an easier country to do return postage wise

Also, it's fine to send a letter requesting an autograph without a picture.
