Inferis Online / GoAutographs legitimate?

I recently purchased a poster from this site, but being the impulse buyer that I am, I did not research the legitimacy of this site before I bought it. They say they have a lifetime guarantee but the fact that they're based in Spain worries me. I emailed them about returns and the authenticity of my poster and got a reply. They seem professional but they ignored my question about returns, twice.

Does anyone have any experience with these guys? Are they legit or just really really good liars...
