Do UK,USA accept IRCs,doesnt it?it could be a silly question

sorry...........
I heard that UK and USA DO NOT trade in IRCs anymore... is this true??????????????? :(
what should i do??????????? i live in korea......we use IRC
ummmmm....
does that mean..when i send famail to UK or USA, enclosing IRCs is useless?
sorry my english is terrible so there are some limits searching other forums.....really really sorry........but could you please tell me???please.......im so sorry............ :( :( :( :( :(

You cannot buy/purchase IRC's any more in the UK or USA.
However IRC's can still be exchanged for postage :)
So living in Korea you are fine to keep sending them.
NO LONGER ACTIVE
