It is impossible to buy international reply coupons (IRC) or global stamps or even stamps frm other countries in Malaysia . I heard tat i can put money in the envelope to replace IRC ... Can i juz put the amout tat i pay to send the letter to tat celebrity ??? Coz i dun tink the letter send back to me wil b mor expensiv .....
