I decided to collect some autographs again and I found some american stamps my aunt bought me in 2013. I guess they are 1,20$ stamps but then I realized that I need 1,24$ stamps to get my autographs back. Unfortunately I can't get american stamps here in Germany
Can I still use the 1,20$ stamps or do I need to add a 0,04$ stamp?
