Via Venue?

hi!
I'm new to collecting and i thought the best way to ask is on here.

how do you send Via Venue?
I want to send Demi Lovato something via venue. Do you just (on the envelope) write the address of the stadium she is playing at?
I know demi, selena, nick jonas, and ellie gouldling are going to be @ the jingle bash and i want to send there

How early do you send it before the concert?

Please answer the questions (especially the second one) ... I need help

This should probably be in the 'collecting help' boards, but i would try and arrange for it to be at the venue a day or maybe two before they are scheduled to perform. So if you're in the UK you know 1st class post will take 3 days, maybe 2. So if you want it for the Saturday i'd send it on Wednesday, or maybe the Tuesday with something like 'Please hold for <artist>' written on the envelope.
