Posting Overseas (Should I include stamps/IRC/cash?)

Hey everybody,
I'd love to send a few requests to the UK and Europe, how do you do it?
Should I buy some foreign stamps on ebay? Or just put a couple of US dollars in the envelope?

I have seen successes where members have used US cash.

USPS don't sell IRCs so you can't use those.

Foreign stamps are the best way IMO.
