sending to UK from USA

stupid question..

so i go to the post office and ask for IRC's. do i pay for them there or later? and then about how long does it take (from ohio estimate ?) for them to get the mailing ?? i'm planning to send letters to the bond actors and some of them are in the UK.

No questions are stupid ;)

Yes, you just ask for them at the postoffice and you pay for them there.

It takes about 5 days for a letter to get from the USA to UK
