Ircs or stamps

Hi I would like u guys to give me advise on which is better

As the sender IRCs are easier**
For the recipient stamps are easier

**1) Most countries no longer sell these including USA & UK
**2)If your country does sell them often PO staff have no idea what they are.

For the recipient, best would be a self-addressed envelope bearing sufficient postage of whatever country they're in.
