Is it ok to ask actors under 18 for autographs TTM?

Is it ok to ask actors under 18 for autographs TTM?

Heya,

So I don't want to be creepy, but is it ok to request an autograph from actors/actresses that are 12-13 years old? It just seems slightly wrong, but there's one show I like where the character is hilarious but super young.
My favorite autograph is from an in person meet and great with Christina Ricci at the 2nd Silicon Valley Comicon in SJ
