How many stamps do you put on a business sized envelope containing a manila env? Going from nj to ny.

Depends on how much it weighs.. usually if sending a trading card and a return envelope inside it only takes one stamp.. if extra weight (over an ounce) you need to add another 21 cents.. that has been my experience anyway.. but sometimes you can get away with just one stamp if it is just a hair over an ounce.. try just one stamp and see if that works first... good luck..
