Help Please!

Hi, How are you ppl? Hope you're fine..
Well I need some help..I have a couple of question that it will be gladly appreciate it if someone answer it for me.
First of all, How the odds that an actress/actor that have SFM will send you an authentic autograph? or it will be the question more like have anyone receive an Authentic autograph from an actor/actress that SFM?
Second, I want to be sure what I have to do..I live in Latin America to be more exactly in Panamá but my father have an address in miami so that automatically it arrives there they bring it to my father's office here in Panama and it much faster.. I mean it takes like exactly the time it would if I live in USA. So to be sure.. I have to buy two envelopes in one I put the miami address with like threes IRC and a picture inside..(can be any pic I want to put? which size it should be?) then I write my fan letter..and I put all the first envelope with the letter into the second envelope in which I write outside it the fan mail addres? right?
btw, what is an SAE/SASE picture?

Hey! I'm pretty sure I can help you out! Even though I think this is suppose to go in the Collecting Help section..about the SFM question..it really just depends on the celebrity..for example no matter what address you use for Sarah Michelle Gellar..you will always get a preprint, But Tim Allen, on the other hand..mostly sends authentics if you send to his address. And for the envelope question..I'm not totally clear on what your asking but you can fold a 9x12 envelope as your SASE into a standard white envelope and you can include your IRCs or whatever you are sending into the white envelope along with your self addressed stamped envelope. Make sure to write your address on your SASE. Hope that helped..Im not the best at explaining things..but if have more questions, I will be happy to answer them for you!

But what is a sase picture?
and it's always necessary to write a fan letter? it just if no one is going to read it..so..I mean to get an autograph or at least PP..
