do you know anything about sending letters internationally? I want to send a letter (about 1 oz.) to Austrailia but I don't know how much postage to use.

Nope, sorry. The best way to figure this out is when you go to buy stamps, ask the postman how much is costs to send a 1oz letter to Austrailia. And if you cannot get to the post office call them and ask the same question.
