I live in Poland, how many IRC's should I include in my letter i if I send letter to USA or Europe countries?

And another question, if I don't include photo in letter, celebrities ussualy send PP or sign their own photos?

How many IRC's you send depends on the size of the picture you want to get signed. I always send my own picture (15x20cm) and for that you only need one IRC. If you like to get bigger pictures signed you should send two

It is very different from celeb to celeb what they do when you don't send your own picture... Josh Holloway used to send PP's in you didn't send your own picture.

You should include 2 or 3 IRC's along with a self addressed envelope (SAE - 9x12 inches) so a celebrity can send something back to you.

And another question, if I don't include photo in letter, celebrities ussualy send PP or sign their own photos?

Sending a photo is optional.

Depending on who you write to, you may receive an authentic autograph, PP, AP ... In most cases, celebrities will have their own photo to sign.

It's recommended that you send a photo if you send via venue - as they may not have a photo to send in that instance.
