pic posting on feedback

i really can not figure out how to put my pic withmy feed back. ive gone to image page.have pic on file but cant figure out how to put in feedback page or box to post it. i need very basic ways to do this im comp retarted, lol large help pls

first you upload it, whether it's imageshack.us, photobucket or any image hosting and when you host it, you get the link. You click the button on "Img" when you make a new topic and you put the link after and clik "Img" again. Does that help at least a bit? I really su(k at explaning
