Grainy Photos

Unread post by dtrain123 »

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me out here. I use images.google.com to find photos. I saved them to my hard drive and opened them up with Photoshop CS3. I resized the file to 8x10. When I printed them out with an Epson printer, the photos looks grainy. By the way I am using high qulaity glossy paper. What should I do? Thanks.

dont resize them, larger file sizes are always best.

usually making them larger doesnt work too well, you can resize down fine but when you try to make them bigger it really messes with the quality.

yup, instead of resizing them to make them larger, try and find larger sized pictures on the internet.
