Angela Lansbury sighed photo request

Hi Every one I am new here can any one tell me the answer to this question please.

I live in the UK and have sent a request for a signed photo to Angela Lansbury to 635 North Bonhill Road
Los Angeles, CA 90049-2301
USA
back in the start of August 2017 with a self address envelope back to me in the UK and as of yet had no reply am I being a bit impatient ? and have I sent this to the right address ?. Your help with this would be much appreciated.

The reason I posted this is because if you read other postings they have had a reply/answer in a mater of weeks and thought I had sent it to wrong address so will he autograph be authentic ???????????
