Ok, I want to write to Lindsay Lohan. But how do I prepare everyting? I make an enveloppe to her adress, put a picure and a letter, 2 IRC and after that...Do I have to put an other enveloppe in the enveloppe adressed to me?

In the envolope addressed to Lindsay you will need to include:

A letter
2 IRC's
A Self Addressed Envelope
A picture to sign if you are sending Via Venu (and if you want to send one anyway).

You will not need to include anything inside the envelope addressed to yourself.

Do I stick the IRC to the self adress envelope? If not where do I put it?

You should probably clip the IRC's to your SAE using a paperclip so it doesn't get lost when it's taken out of your envelope.
