I am sending a letter to USA and..

My question is.. how many IRC's will I need to send to.. almost guarantee a reply?

Hi paigeandpruerock,

You will need 2-3 IRCs. 2 IRCs should be just fine, but if this is someone you REALLY want then I would suggest you send 3 to be safe. It also depends on the weight of your fanmail and what you're sending.

I only send 1 IRC because I want to send to 6 at once...so I reckon 2 is more safer and just like what Larisie said, 3 would be the safest
