Help about how to write a letter to famous people

Hello!
I am a spanish girl and I need help about how to write a letter to a famous.
Firstly, Do you know if the envelop where I write address´famous must be bigger than the other envelope where I write my address?
Secondly, How much IRC I have to send from Spain to USA?
I want to write to Lindsay, Hilary Duff and another famous people, so, I would like that you would help me.

IRC's are $1.50, I am pretty sure. When I send an SASE I put the SASE in a 9x12 envelope so I do not fold the SASE and put it in a smaller envelope. So The envelope I write the celebrity's address on is the same size I write my name on.
