How does it here works?

Unread post by Miss88Hollander »

Hi everyone,
I'm Miss88Hollander (or just Andrea) and I'm from Holland.
I just got here and now Im really confused about how it here works :?
I mean...there are so much people here and I have a lot of questions about actors and their addresses and...I have no idea if this is the right way to ask my questions and to explain a few things :?

Like I said I'm from Holland and I'm a huge fan of HP, Jason Isaacs, Tom Hollander, The State Within, Noam Jenkins, Ben Daniels ect.
I send Jason Isaacs two times a letter becase I didn't hear anything of it. And now, I'm a lot of months futher and I still don't got a reply back. How is this possibl? Is it because he's too busy or is it because I didn't include IRC (which I read later that you had to include them to get a reply back)?
I used the address found here at Fanmail.biz so...
And when I read that others got a reply back from him or someone else I feel sad because I'm such a huge fan of him and I really want to meet him and I really want to geta reply back because he's my great example.

So, shall I include the next time a IRC or is that still not gonna work?

And I read/saw that Tom Hollander's and Jason Isaac's fanmail address is one and the same is this going to be difficult if I send a letter to Tom Hollander or not?

And do you got another address of Noam Jenkins because the address on the site is in Canada and I didn't include a IRC so... I gues that's going to take a while before I get a reply.

And, members here who got a reply from Tom Hollander/Jason Isaacs/Ben Daniels ect. was it just a autograph or was it really a letter with an authograph or not?

I hope that some of you could help to answer my questions.

Thank you very much for now,

Miss88Hollander (or Andrea)

It always helps to send an IRC, but even if you do there is still a chance that you won't get something back. You could search the forum for the names and see if there is any feedback.

Always include some sort of return postage - It greatly increases your odds of getting a response. Sometimes it takes a long, long time to get anything back, so you must be patient. For best results, though, send something to be signed and a SAE with postage included.

Anymore questions, feel free to PM me. Good luck

As the others have said, it is best to include an IRC, but some celebrities do sigh without. You must also remember that just because others have had a responce back and you haven't doesn't mean that you won't, it maybe means that he is particularly busy at the moment and doesn't have time to sign them all. I know of people who have sent out and not had a success for over a year. I would suggest trying sending one more time with an IRC, but after that it may be best to wait a lot longer before trying again as sending multiple requests clutters up their mail and makes it harder for others to get a success.

Try sending an IRC, and best of luck! :)
