I realize this is probably a very dumb question.
Okay, I've never ever been to the post office. Ever. I've always just sent my mail through my mailbox. Of course, you can only fit so many oversized envelopes in the box per day. Recently, I've been getting to where I'm wanting to send more and more requests out daily.
My question is, will my post office take all the letters I want to send? Will they put postage on the envelopes themselves, or do I still need to do it? And if I send letters via the post office, when I get a response, will it still come to my mailbox at home? Last, does sending letters via the post office directly make it any speedier getting to the celebrity?

The post office that I go to has a box outside that you can post letters into after you have put on the postage etc, but I don't know if all post offices do that. You can just take your letters in, hand them over the counter and say you would like stamps. The post office will weigh the letters and tell you how much they need, and they'll send them out. If you are not sure once you get there, just ask the person behind the counter and I'm sure they'll explain t to you better than I have

And the letters will still be returned to your mailbox at home if that is the address you put on the SAE.
Hope I heped!

Re: Post Office question
At the post office in my city, there are a couple drop-off boxes, they empty them two times a day.
I think there are Drop-off boxes at every post office, I even see them at random locations on the street.
Hope this helps,
good luck
