Two addresses?

I was going to send a letter to the New England Patriots, and one person had the address as "Foxboro Stadium, 60 Washington Street, Foxboro, MA" but they play at Gillette Stadium. Someone else had it as "One Patriot Place" which is the address at Gillette Stadium. Which one should i use? Are both the same? If anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it! :D

I believe the Gillette Stadium address is the up-to-date address
