Thats a really nice idea I would send something quite simple like a card or maybe some home made jewellery (bracelet etc). There are lots of online guides and ideas for home made jewellery is you like that idea Some of it can look really nice if you do it right

Make something you made not something from the shop the celebrity would appreciated it more because you have spent a lot of time just doing that for them.
