ken kercheval condundrum (how long to wait?)

at the beginning of may i sent a money order for ken kercheval's personalized autograph.
http://www.stephanyhurkos.com/ken_current.htm (although it cost less at the time). having not heard anything, i sent an email to his agency three weeks ago to make sure the money order had arrived. not getting a response two weeks later, i called, and his agent answered the phone. she said she didn't understand why i hadn't received it, so send her an email with the details, which i did that day. now, a week later, the email hasn't been acknowledged. i'm at a bit of a loss. i don't want to harass anyone, but (having paid for something), i want to make sure my request didn't "slip through the cracks" or whatever. any advice? thanks!

I think that you should wait maybe another week, then phone again Maybe something happened and the email got lost or soething, but it it is possible that they just haven't had time, so wait a bit longer first

i waited two weeks after the phone call and sent another email (i had sent one two weeks before the phone call). this email i sent with a read receipt. that was tuesday. yesterday (wednesday), i received a phone call from ken kercheval. he said things would be on their way. wow.
