i dnt live in the US, and they dnt sell IRCs here..
so the last option is sending a few bucks rite?
i put $3 in each request i sent.. is tht enuf?? and is it likely to wrk as well as an IRC?? im confused :cry:

That should be ok, as long as your sending to the US. Where do you live? I don't know but I'm sure another user will know how much it costs to send a letter from the US to where ever you live, so they can tell you exactly how much you need to send.
The other option is some people sell or trade IRC's so you can have a look for anyone doing that.
