i have a few qusteions about cost and other things abot postage
1. i got two rts this week(yes i know its not suck$) and am wondering how could i get the stamp of the envelope and re use it or even if i could re stamp it can they be re used)
2. if you buy a pre paid envelope what exactly does it mean that its unnessary to be stamped and how much would that envelope range from
3. how much for a couple ircs
4.and what would be the total of this, 2 pre paid envelopes up to 6 ircs , 3 american stamps and postage on eight(possibly six if the stamps can be re used) letters i may not nessarially need that much stuff because the sase i got in the rts are a hundred percent fine to be used. and it depends i dont even know if canadian post offices sell ircs and i may not need them i may just buy stamps anyway even thou some stuff may be subtracted how much is the total looking so far.

IRCs are $2 a piece
Prepaid envelopes are $0.50
if you want to know the total, get a calculator
