Just go down to your local post office, and tell them where too your letters are going. (:

You would just use the stamps from your country to send it, but on the return envelope you would need to put on the country you are sending to's stamps.

For example:

If you are sending to France, on one envelope you would put your address France stamps, and put this inside another envelope along with everything you are sending to the celerity, and then on the 2nd envelope put our countries stamps and the celebrities address
