How do you send

That's the only part I do not understand. I'm rather confused, actually.

I know this is probably in the wrong area, but someone tell me.

Stamped envelope: You put stamps on the return envelope. If you send to USA, you put American stamps on the envelope that the celebrity will use to send something back to you.

Makes it easier for them, and improves your chances of getting a reply.

Depends. Just check the postal prices?

If you live in the UK (America might do this), if there isn't enough postage, the postmen send you a note and you can come and collect it for the postage (and £1 handling fee )
