How do I write an email request?

Where should i put the address?
And anyone can give me a format?I am new here..so hope someone would help :D

What I do is write the e-mail like a normal letter, but when I ask for an autographed photo, I then say, "My address is," and then type my address there instead of at the end of my letter.

I just write what I normally would for a letter, and include my address if I feel safe. Do be wary giving your address out over the internet though. Good luck! :)

i write mine just like any other letter just with my address at the end
