OUESTIONS ABOUT SIZE OF ENVLELOPES

hi!I am new here and I have few more questions.What must be the size of the envelope that I will send;A4 OR smaller;and what about the size of the SAE;sould it be A4;

I send A4 envelopes to the celebrity with a folded A4 envelope inside. This way small and large photos can be send without fear of them bending :)
