would this hurt my chances?

hi guys

i wanted to send these pics that were taken an an event from which i didnt go , but at that event, there was a autograph session, these pics are just candid pics from when they were talking to teh audience.
if i sent them those pics to sign, would they assume that i was there, had already gotten an autograph and now im weasling for another one?
the reason i like those pics is because they are so natural and they are dressd so formally .

so should i sent them those pics to sign or am i better off sending some photoshoot ones?

Of course you can send those pics.
You should include something like the following in your letter:

"I found this pictures from (where you found them) and I was hoping that you could sign them because (your reason). Unfortunately I couldn't make it to the event, so I would really appreciate it if you could sign them for me."

thanx hon. actually i already wrote the letter and its full,no moreroom, i probably will add a sticky on the pic, will that be ok?

I'm not sure about putting a sticky, since it might hurt the quality of the picture. You could attach a sticky on the letter?
