Quantity of IRCs

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone would know how many IRCs I need to send if I'm from southern Europe (near Sicily and Greece) and I'm sending letters to U.K and to the U.S?

To the UK I would use 2 IRC's. To the US I would use 3.

I agree, you should send at least 2 to the UK and definetly 3 to the US {thumb2}
