IRC - US to Canada

I live in Canada and want to send two pics to a celeb in the U.S. Since we can't buy the right stamps, how many IRC's do you think I should send with it?

First off, welcome to the boards.

You can buy US stamps off of the USPS website here: http://shop.usps.com/webapp/wcs/stores/ ... ogId=10152

Otherwise, 2 IRCs will be sufficient.

First, check if the celeb requires postage, they may not require it!

how much postage is sufficient from the US to Canada in a 9x12? its been a while since i've sent - i have the regular 39c US stamps i can just stick on the envelope

It'll cost 86 cents but it's best if you put 3 first class stamps or a 1 dollar stamp, just in case.

i have always done the 3 first class stamps so im glad to see that its still ok!
