hi! i'm from the Philippines and i want to write to a celeb but,
i don't know how much it will cost me...

if a dollar costs 50 here, how much all in all will i cost?? including thie IRCs??

Each country charges their own price for the IRC. Ask at your post office.

Total cost will depend on what you send: letter, SASE and what the Philipines charges to send a letter to another country.

My advice in a nutshell: ask at your post office and see what advice they can give.
